Refund and Returns Policy

• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
• Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
• Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination.
• Local pickup (if selected) will receive scheduling instructions via email.

• Standard items: $5 flat-rate shipping
• Larger items: $10 flat-rate shipping
• Oversized or heavy items: Marked as Local Pickup Only — not eligible for shipping and must be picked up in Independence, Kentucky

The applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are only accepted if an item arrives:

• Damaged during transit
• Defective
• Significantly not as described
• Incorrect size due to a listing error

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• With original tags (if applicable)

We do not accept returns due to:

• Buyer preference
• Change of mind
• Fit expectations
• Style or color dissatisfaction
